Feeling drained? Are you pushing yourself to workout even when you're exhausted? Physical exhaustion is sadly something that most of us are struggling with. This goes beyond just feeling tired. It is that draining fatigue that often goes unaddressed and ignored. Because we keep pushing ourselves even through our fatigue. Does this sound like you?
Most times, when we’re feeling physically drained and fatigued, we just push through a workout- or maybe we just skip working out all together. We all know the importance of listening to your body and getting your exercise in, but when you’re feeling drained, wiped out and fatigued, I get that it’s challenging to get your workout in.
But what if there was a different way to think about workouts when you are fatigued and have low energy? What if instead of pushing our bodies to do something unpleasant, or skip a workout altogether, we just dropped that kind of thinking and adopted a fun healthy movement way of thinking?!
Fun healthy movement is a great way to boost your energy! Yes, beautiful! We can honor our bodies and the importance of movement with ease! So, today, I’ll give you 5 tips to successful and fun movement when you’re feeling drained.
Moving your body doesn’t always have to be grunt work! It can also be fun! Switching it up and doing something that is both enjoyable, and healthy is key to helping your body when you are going through physical AND mental exhaustion and fatigue.
