We've all been there. Working out is high in our priority list BUT we're feeling tired and sluggish before hitting the gym. Yikes!
But should you really push through and workout anyway when you are exhausted and super tired?
Here’s the thing: If you’re feeling tired at the gym or sluggish throughout the day, maybe your body’s experiencing fatigue.
Despite the fact that working out can give us energy, exercise also stresses your body and sometimes this cumulative stress can affect your day-to-day routine and exhaust you even more.
Also, If you exercise regularly and notice that you're starting to feel tired all the time, it's possible that you're experiencing adrenal fatigue. Listening to your body is an important part of this journey. We have to learn how to constantly tune in to what we’re feeling and what our bodies are telling us
The good news is that there are a few simple things you can do to help.
In today’s episode, I explore 3 alternatives you can opt for when your body is feeling tired and exhausted. It really is important to get movement in your body every day. But you still have to listen to what your body is telling you and sometimes taking it easy is the best thing to do when you are exhausted and fatigued.
