A superfood is one that is full of antioxidants and nutrients like vitamins and minerals. A superfood gives you great nutrition in a powerful punch.
It can be so easy to get these extra nutrients in each day. Here I will share 10 superfoods that you may even be eating and not knowing how powerfully nutritious they are, as well as some you may never have thought or heard of!

Truly REST. What does that even mean? And how can you achieve that?
I share a quick teaching from Mark 6: 30-44 on this subject. It's not selfish to want to rest. It's necessary. Jesus says so.
BUT, make sure you take Him with you!
Only He can help you achieve the wonderful rest your soul may be crying out for.

Water: You need it to live, yet you probably drink far less than you should. Most of us know that proper hydration is good for our health, but we’re busy. Really busy.
We’ve all been there; you know you should drink more water but do you actually do it? How can you remember to drink water when you are always busy? How can you start drinking the right amount of daily water for you effortlessly when there’s just too much going on every single day? And how do you even know how much water you should be drinking in the first place?
Most of us don’t drink enough water. We drink too much coffee, tea, and other unhealthy drinks. But why is that? There are a lot of reasons, but the solution is pretty simple!
When you’re so busy and caught up in your work, even drinking a glass of water can sound like another chore. After hours of productivity and making sure you get everything done right, you still feel draggy, sometimes irritable, but most of the time fatigued! But what if I told you, these were all symptoms of not drinking enough water?
In today’s episode, I’m going to share with you my 7 favorite tips for drinking more water effortlessly! That’s right. No more excuses because these tips are easy to implement and, most importantly, work!

Taking a road trip is a great way to bond with your family and friends. But road trips tend to be tricky when it comes to eating healthy. You’re more prone to choose unhealthy snacks such as chips, sodas and fast food. So, how do you stay healthy during a road trip?
Finding healthy snacks in gas stations, convenient stores and rest stops is hard when you’re traveling. So, in today’s episode, I’ll share 3 things you can do to make healthier choices while you’re on the road.
Although eating healthy on the road may seem impossible, planning ahead is really the key in all of this. Understanding what your body needs during the ride is such a big deal when you’re traveling. Exploring your options and thinking ahead will give you so much opportunity to stay ahead in your journey.

We've all been there. Working out is high in our priority list BUT we're feeling tired and sluggish before hitting the gym. Yikes!
But should you really push through and workout anyway when you are exhausted and super tired?
Here’s the thing: If you’re feeling tired at the gym or sluggish throughout the day, maybe your body’s experiencing fatigue.
Despite the fact that working out can give us energy, exercise also stresses your body and sometimes this cumulative stress can affect your day-to-day routine and exhaust you even more.
Also, If you exercise regularly and notice that you're starting to feel tired all the time, it's possible that you're experiencing adrenal fatigue. Listening to your body is an important part of this journey. We have to learn how to constantly tune in to what we’re feeling and what our bodies are telling us
The good news is that there are a few simple things you can do to help.
In today’s episode, I explore 3 alternatives you can opt for when your body is feeling tired and exhausted. It really is important to get movement in your body every day.
