Hey Friend! Are you always tired from the foods you are eating?
Have you gotten the connection yet with eating certain foods and how you feel after or is it still a little confusing? Learning to listen to our body cues and signals takes time and patience but if the food you are eating is always making you feel TIRED then it's time for a switch!
Today I am sharing 3 health tips to help you regain your energy in a natural way.
Yes this involves discipline and intentional action on your part to help yourself regain some much needed energy.
Often women in this midlife season are for the most part, aware or becoming more aware that the food they eat could be causing some issues in their health and affecting their energy levels.
But without clear direction and assurance on WHICH foods are causing issues for THEM, and not getting the clear connection physically, they end up reverting back to eating what they are used to.
I have heard from women who, when even if good changes have been made, sometimes it seems hard or overwhelming to keep doing it. Because of this, some of my clients come into the program thinking they have to do a 180 in their eating and will be hungry all day.
They are pleasantly surprised that they are eating MORE than they normally do and feeling SO much better! Goodbye fatigue, brain fog and bloating!!
